Terms of use
How you can use pulsarops.ai, what the published figures mean, and what a demo is.
Nothing here is a contract for the platform. Section 08 says where that lives, section 06 how to read the numbers.
These terms are a draft and are pending review by MIR legal counsel. They were prepared as a working document so that the site is not published with no terms at all. They have not been reviewed or approved by a lawyer, and they should not be treated as final, as counsel-approved, or as legal advice.
Points marked for counsel in the text below need a decision from MIR before publication, including the governing jurisdiction in section 16. Questions can go to sales@pulsarops.ai.
01Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of pulsarops.ai, operated by MIR Digital Solutions ("MIR", "we", "us").
Using the site, requesting a demo or sending us your details means you accept these Terms and the privacy policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm you can bind it.
If you do not agree, do not use the site.
02Who may use this site
The site is written for network operations teams, engineers and IT leadership, not consumers. You may use it if:
- You are at least 18.
- The information you give us is accurate and yours to give.
- Your use of it is lawful where you are.
We may refuse or withdraw access at our discretion.
03What this site is
Marketing and technical information about PulsarOps AI, a unified event intelligence platform for enterprise NOCs. What it is not:
- An offer to sell or a quotation.
- A commitment to deliver a capability on any date.
- The agreement the platform is licensed under. Section 08 covers that.
We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
04Demos and evaluations
A demo request is a request. It becomes an appointment when we confirm it. We may decline, reschedule or cancel, and we may ask about your infrastructure first.
What we show is illustrative. Screens, sample data and walkthroughs explain how the platform behaves, not what your deployment will contain or how it performs.
An evaluation or proof of concept runs under its own written agreement: scope, duration, access, security, and what happens to the environment after. Nothing here grants one.
Flag anything confidential you tell us. A mutual confidentiality agreement, where one exists, governs.
05No professional advice
This is general information about a platform, not engineering, security, regulatory or legal advice for your network, and no substitute for your own testing and change control.
Network operations decisions are yours. Nothing here promises an outcome in your environment.
06Published figures and estimates
We publish one model and the figures that come from it, the same figures everywhere:
- 50-75% faster incident recovery
- 228% annualized ROI
- 3.7 mo payback period
- 2-4x more cost-efficient over three years
Where the home page headline says 75%, that is the top of the 50-75% recovery range above, from the same model.
The return and payback figures come from this model:
Three-year estimate: five-person NetOps team, ~125 incidents/yr, triage cut from 8 hours to 1.
These figures are:
- Modeled estimates and reported ranges, not measurements of your infrastructure.
- Dependent on your data, your team and how the platform is adopted.
- Not a warranty, a service level or a commitment, and not a promise of any result.
Any performance commitment MIR makes is in a signed agreement, and the agreement governs where a figure here disagrees.
No customer names appear beside them. References to enterprise NOCs across North America and the Middle East are anonymized.
07Communications and consent
Sending us your details means we may contact you by email, and by phone if you gave a number, about your request.
Opt out any time by replying to a message or writing to sales@pulsarops.ai. That does not stop us answering a request you have open. Handling is in the privacy policy.
08Platform access is separate
Use of PulsarOps AI itself, on-premise deployments included, is licensed under a separate agreement between MIR and the customer. That agreement, not this page, sets out:
- Scope and term of the license.
- Fees, invoicing, renewal.
- Support, maintenance and releases.
- Security obligations, and any access MIR is granted.
- Warranties, service levels, remedies.
- Confidentiality and data handling.
Nothing here varies that agreement or creates a license. Where the two conflict on the platform, the agreement wins.
09Intellectual property
The site and its contents, including text, design, graphics, interface screenshots, video and the PulsarOps AI and MIR marks, belong to MIR or its licensors.
You may:
- View the site and share links.
- Keep published downloads for internal evaluation.
- Quote a short passage with attribution.
You may not, without our written permission:
- Republish, resell or redistribute it.
- Use our names, marks or screenshots in your marketing or comparisons.
- Present our screenshots as your own interface.
- Remove any notice of ownership.
10Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Give false information or use someone else's details.
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Probe or test the security of the site or the systems behind it.
- Interfere with the site or disrupt anyone else's access.
- Scrape or harvest material by automated means without permission.
- Use our content to train a model or market a competing offering.
- Impersonate MIR or suggest an association that does not exist.
A good-faith security report is welcome and breaches nothing here. Send it to sales@pulsarops.ai marked as one, and give us a chance to respond first.
11Third-party services and links
The site depends on third-party hosting, email, analytics and video embedding, and links out, including to mirdigitalsolutions.com.
We do not control them or answer for their content. A link is not an endorsement, and their terms govern your use.
12Export controls and sanctions
MIR works across the US, Canada and the UAE, so more than one export control regime can apply to one call.
You may not use the site, request a demo, or ask for an evaluation where that would breach an export control, sanctions or trade law applying to you or to MIR. You confirm you are not in, and do not act for a party in, a restricted jurisdiction, and are not on a restricted party list.
For counsel: confirm which regimes MIR treats as controlling here, and whether the wording above needs to name them.
13Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, or that its information is current.
This covers the website. Platform warranties live in the agreement in section 08.
14Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MIR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site.
Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim about it will not exceed [liability cap, to be confirmed by MIR legal counsel].
Nothing here excludes liability the law will not let us exclude, such as for fraud.
For counsel: confirm the liability cap and the carve-outs required in each region.
15Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MIR harmless from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of a law or third-party right.
We will tell you about a claim we expect you to cover and let you join the defense.
16Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction, to be confirmed by MIR legal counsel], without regard to conflict of law rules, and that jurisdiction's courts hear any dispute about them.
Nothing here removes a local-law right that cannot be waived.
Before starting a formal dispute, write to sales@pulsarops.ai.
For counsel: MIR operates across the US, Canada and the UAE. This draft leaves jurisdiction and venue blank rather than assuming one, and does not choose between court and arbitration.
17Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms, and the date at the top changes when we do.
Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If any part is unenforceable the rest stands, and a delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver.
18Contact us
Questions about these Terms, the figures in section 06, or the agreement in section 08 go to sales@pulsarops.ai.
For counsel: add the legal entity name, the registered office, and the address for formal notices.
A reminder, because it belongs at the bottom as well as the top. These Terms are a draft prepared as a working document. They are pending review by MIR legal counsel and have not been approved by a lawyer. Related pages: privacy policy and security and deployment.
